Hey guys! My friend and I are working on a web-based community of artists and writers, called Crisis Ink! Studios.

Our general idea is to bring artists together in an online studio. While you will still be freelancers, you will have a sort of ‘home base’ where you can promote yourself and your work, as well as network with other artists and get advice.

We’re trying a new idea, where fiction writers of any category can publish physical books of their work and sell them in 6”X9” or 8 ½”X11” format. Nifty! You can either compile many stories, or a long series, or collaborate with other authors and artists and create a book containing both stories and illustrations or even comics.

If you’d like to join, we offer hosting w/ some advertisement for $5 a year, or you can even get your own sub-domain with us for $15 a year.

The sub-domain is fully customizable, and is like having your own website. If you need help with coding or design, templates will be available to you.

Most of the money you pay us goes towards maintaining the website and paying for our services, as well as things like going to con’s and whatnot.

Our services include:
-selling your stuff at conventions and in our online store (you keep 90% of the profits)
-CHEAP printing and shipping of your books, comics, and posters
-maintaining and offering templates for the sub-domains
-we have a forum, where you can talk with other artists and fans – networking is fun ^^
-getting your name out there through being a member of Crisis Ink! Studios
