so, my friend amber is finally back from being home in alaska for the summer. we've been having lots of fun, but it's fucking hot out, and we have no air conditioining. my summer classes end august 12, and my fucking ra wants me moved into my new place with amber by the freaking 15th, so i'm busting my ass in this 100-degree weather. gwarg.

Hullo all! Well, we've got some news on the Sarah front.

So, a big storm 2 weeks ago fried my computer (isn't that dandy?). I didn't lose any of my actual files (thank GOD - an I'm an athiest) so at least I still have all 11,000 and some pictures I've collected and my school shit. So what's the problem you say?

My sound card doesn't work which means no music, and my computer is also my TV so I can't watch movies.

My USB is fried so I can't transfer my music elsewhere to I can listen, nor can I take files with me or print papers I need or scan anything.

My internet is fried so I can't even email myself files, do research, or have my dad (a computer specialist) connect to my computer remotely and help!

BLARGH! My dad even sent me new sound cards and such and my comp. doesn't "see" them. Gah.

On the bright side, I've scampered over and borrowed a laptop and scanner from my dear friend, Amber. I've been very busy with finals, so I don't have much for you guys, but I did draw the first (and only the first - sorry) page of issue 2 of the Bat/Supes comic. I'd have more but...so busy!!!

Anyway, I'm staying at school this summer to take a couple of classes and should hopefully have my PC fixed soon, but I wanted to let everyone know I haven't forgotten about them or the projects I'm working on...

Okay, so I temporarily gave up on my Bruce/Wally project. And started a different one.

I'm going to blame this a little on Te for a story of hers (which, please forgive me, I can't remember the name of at the moment...) and a lot on my friend Amber.

It began with a conversation about the Alien movies. Then it shifted to a line out of a Te story in which Robin is describing the Alien movies to Superman who, rather uncomfortably, then reminds Robin that *he's* an alien, too. Later in the fic, Robin is about to, ahem, give Clark "oral pleasure" and says to him just as he goes down "If you get me pregnant, I'll kryptonite your ass."

Amber and I giggled for a while about this. Then discussed how funny it would be if he actually did get Robin pregnant. And then I brought up how much funnier it would be if instead of Robin, it was Bruce.

We laughed till we cried. I almost peed my pants.

And then I drew this comic.

I...forgive me, but I think this is going to be a 9-part mini-series and will be almost entirely comedy (not that we can't find ways to include sex, but...that's not really the point on this one). I had way too much fun with this...

As a note, let me point out that I'm generally not an mpreg fan...honestly it kind of creeps me out on some levels. However, it can be cute, and in this case, it can be hilarious, though there are definitely going to have to be some OOC moments. Oh well, it's my comic, so Nyah!

Wow, it's amazing how much art one can produce when putting off homework. Not that it matters since I just got an email from my teacher saying that class was cancelled tomorrow (thank GOD). But yeah.

So, I got it in my head that since, Hey, I'm a comic art major, that I should be drawing porn not only *about* comic characters, but in comic form. So this was a first attempt. It's only the first page, and it's still kind of making it's way towards a feeble attempt at plot, but it's a work in progress and I figured I'd post it and see what you people think...

I'm not really much of a writer - I mean, I have good grammar (most of the time) and am pretty good at spelling...but I'm terrible at moving a story forward. I get caught up in stupid little details, or know about certain moments that I want to occur and how I want it to end, but not really how to get there...So input is *definitely* welcome and encouraged. The case with this story is that I kind of know what an appropriate "last page" would be, before hitting up the next issue, which would then delve into the more naughty stuff. This first "issue" is sort of a set-up, and I'm sort of stuck right now as to how I should scoot things along.

I want this to end with them *not* killing each other, but not really getting anywhere...and then Flash saying something like "that wasn't so bad, we should do this again sometime" (but more Flash-like) and then give Batman a peck on the cheek while Bruce's eyes try to pop out of their sockets. If anyone has ideas on the pages in-between, I would be more than willing to incorporate them.
