Why can't I be the chick who makes out with Spock? I would even settle for Kirk so I could be the dude who makes out with Spock, but no. I get the Shakespeare nut who only makes out with mothers of annoying ugly sweater wearing freaks.

but jean-luc is awesome! he's my favorite captain! janeway is cool and all, but jean-luc has a very special place in my heart, so you should be proud!

besides, Q has a rather unhealthy obsession with jean-luc, and he did get to be a borg once (locutis!), so those are both pretty cool. and he can sing and dance!
